LMAN1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LMAN1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LMAN1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL21, CLEC4D, and PNMA6F. Each is linked with LMAN1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LMAN1L-to-partner and partner-to-LMAN1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL21 grouped by LMAN1L-low versus LMAN1L-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LMAN1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LMAN1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
