Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LMAN1L RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LMAN1L data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LMAN1L RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LMAN1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and LUAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, STAD, and READ are the cancer types where LMAN1L RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
