LENEP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LENEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,674 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LENEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLK2, TRIM52, and ASB16. Each is linked with LENEP in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LENEP-to-partner and partner-to-LENEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LENEP versus CLK2 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LENEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LENEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
