Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 484 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02748, ISCA1P2, and RNU6-235P. Each is linked with LBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LBP-to-partner and partner-to-LBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02748 grouped by LBP-low versus LBP-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
