Across TCGA cell cohorts, LARGE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 383 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LARGE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK12, FAM237A, and OR4X2. Each is linked with LARGE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LARGE2-to-partner and partner-to-LARGE2 results are reported.
