KRTAP5-4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP5-4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP5-4-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, PKC-a, and Smac. Each is linked with KRTAP5-4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP5-4-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP5-4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by KRTAP5-4-low versus KRTAP5-4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP5-4→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP5-4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
