KRTAP4-6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP4-6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP4-6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB4BP1, RN7SL419P, and PPIAP56. Each is linked with KRTAP4-6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP4-6-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP4-6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP4-6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP4-6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
