KRTAP19-8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP19-8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP19-8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PUDPP1, RNU6-693P, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with KRTAP19-8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP19-8-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP19-8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP19-8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP19-8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
