KRTAP11-1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP11-1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP11-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A9, C3orf52, and DDX54. Each is linked with KRTAP11-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP11-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP11-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP11-1 versus SLC2A9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP11-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP11-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
