Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP11-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP11-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP3K5, TRIM11, and PTPN21. Each is linked with KRTAP11-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP11-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP11-1 results are reported.
