KRR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,066 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJA1P1, RN7SL134P, and RNU6-365P. Each is linked with KRR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRR1-to-partner and partner-to-KRR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJA1P1 grouped by KRR1-low versus KRR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
