KRBOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRBOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRBOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01926, TAAR3P, and KRT17P2. Each is linked with KRBOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRBOX1-to-partner and partner-to-KRBOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01926 grouped by KRBOX1-low versus KRBOX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRBOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRBOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
