Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,621 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01899, MIA-RAB4B, and MBD3L4. Each is linked with KLF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLF10-to-partner and partner-to-KLF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01899 grouped by KLF10-low versus KLF10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
