KIF1C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,686 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KIF1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDM1, MAP2K4, and LRRC37A9P. Each is linked with KIF1C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF1C-to-partner and partner-to-KIF1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF1C versus RDM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
