Q-omics provides the consensus-scored C10orf88B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. C10orf88B expression is associated with patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, C10orf88B is differentially expressed in 16, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, C10orf88B RNA expression shows 19,712 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Together, these results highlight KIRP, HNSC, and LUAD as cancer lineages where C10orf88B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
