Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,039 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53TG3GP, FAM96AP1, and GAPDHP19. Each is linked with KIF15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF15-to-partner and partner-to-KIF15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53TG3GP grouped by KIF15-low versus KIF15-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KIF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KIF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
