Across TCGA patient cohorts, KIF14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,845 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KIF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTK, CENPA, and NEK2. Each is linked with KIF14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KIF14-to-partner and partner-to-KIF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KIF14 versus TTK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
