KDM7A-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM7A-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,243 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM7A-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MDH2, UBE3C, and QKI. Each is linked with KDM7A-DT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM7A-DT-to-partner and partner-to-KDM7A-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KDM7A-DT versus MDH2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM7A-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM7A-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
