Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KDM7A-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KDM7A-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher KDM7A-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KDM7A-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and MESO show a favorable association.

UVM, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where KDM7A-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
