KDM2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KDM2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,905 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KDM2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-273P, OR4A46P, and TANGO2. Each is linked with KDM2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KDM2A-to-partner and partner-to-KDM2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-273P grouped by KDM2A-low versus KDM2A-high in ESCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KDM2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KDM2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
