KCTD18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCTD18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,606 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCTD18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTBP2P2, IGLJ7, and LINC01072. Each is linked with KCTD18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCTD18-to-partner and partner-to-KCTD18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTBP2P2 grouped by KCTD18-low versus KCTD18-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCTD18→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCTD18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
