KCNK15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KCNK15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCNK15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-13P, RNU7-10P, and FRG2MP. Each is linked with KCNK15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCNK15-to-partner and partner-to-KCNK15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-13P grouped by KCNK15-low versus KCNK15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCNK15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCNK15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
