RNU4-87P

associated omics data
RNA, U4 small nuclear 87, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU4-87P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU4-87P expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU4-87P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU4-87P RNA expression shows 6,832 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, BRCA, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU4-87P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU4-87P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU4-87P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (10). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU4-87P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU4-87P expression shows unfavorable associations in ACC, CESC, MESO, BLCA, LUAD and LUSC. The ACC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify ACC as the clearest survival context for RNU4-87P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU4-87P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU4-87P shows lower tumor expression in BRCA and KIRC and higher tumor expression in LUAD. The BRCA box plot shows higher RNU4-87P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.289, t-test p = .003).
