KCND3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KCND3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 301 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KCND3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4E1, GGTLC2, and MT1A. Each is linked with KCND3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KCND3-to-partner and partner-to-KCND3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4E1 grouped by KCND3-low versus KCND3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KCND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KCND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
