KATNB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KATNB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 898 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KATNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD6-19, LINC02165, and HMGB3P12. Each is linked with KATNB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KATNB1-to-partner and partner-to-KATNB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD6-19 grouped by KATNB1-low versus KATNB1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KATNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KATNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
