Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KATNB1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 822 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KATNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR81, MAP7D1, and LNPK. Each is linked with KATNB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KATNB1-to-partner and partner-to-KATNB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR81 grouped by KATNB1-low versus KATNB1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KATNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KATNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
