Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANTR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,631 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANTR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNC13D, DHX9, and HCFC1. Each is linked with KANTR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANTR-to-partner and partner-to-KANTR results are reported.
