Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANTR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 782 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA108, RNU6-342P, and ATP8B5P. Each is linked with KANTR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANTR-to-partner and partner-to-KANTR results are reported.
