Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANTR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KANTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRS1, STAT3_pY705, and Syk. Each is linked with KANTR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANTR-to-partner and partner-to-KANTR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRS1 grouped by KANTR-low versus KANTR-high in UCEC.
