ITGA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,330 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS1, SORBS3, and SYNPO2. Each is linked with ITGA7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA7-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGA7 versus SORBS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
