Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISCA1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,955 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISCA1P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTR, NPY1R_S368, and ARHGAP31_S387. Each is linked with ISCA1P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISCA1P3-to-partner and partner-to-ISCA1P3 results are reported.
