Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ISCA1P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ISCA1P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ISCA1P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ISCA1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRP, BRCA, and LAML are the cancer types where ISCA1P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
