INSM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-32P, MIR3168, and CHORDC1P5. Each is linked with INSM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSM1-to-partner and partner-to-INSM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-32P grouped by INSM1-low versus INSM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
