Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-918P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-918P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-918P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, RNU6-918P RNA expression shows 6,198 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight MESO, HNSC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-918P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
