Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSL6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 789 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INSL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P17, RPL23AP26, and ANKRD2. Each is linked with INSL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSL6-to-partner and partner-to-INSL6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INSL6 versus RPS29P17 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
