IL33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,360 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL33-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-28, USP12, and MIS18A. Each is linked with IL33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL33-to-partner and partner-to-IL33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNVU1-28 grouped by IL33-low versus IL33-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL33→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
