IGLV2-28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV2-28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,212 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV2-28-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV3-60, IGHV3-19, and IGHV3OR16-13. Each is linked with IGLV2-28 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV2-28-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV2-28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IGLV2-28 versus IGHV3-60 in LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGLV2-28→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGLV2-28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
