Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV3D-25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,990 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV3D-25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production, B cell mediated immunity, and Antimicrobial humoral response. Each is linked with IGKV3D-25 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV3D-25-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV3D-25 results are reported.
