Q-omics provides the consensus-scored IGKV3D-25 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. IGKV3D-25 expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, IGKV3D-25 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, IGKV3D-25 RNA expression shows 5,990 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight UCEC, STAD, and BRCA as cancer lineages where IGKV3D-25 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
