The most reproducible IGKV2D-10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production, B cell mediated immunity, and Antibacterial humoral response. Each is linked with IGKV2D-10 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV2D-10-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV2D-10 results are reported.
