IGKV2-29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV2-29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV2-29-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPCS2P2, RPL7P40, and MIR412. Each is linked with IGKV2-29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV2-29-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV2-29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPCS2P2 grouped by IGKV2-29-low versus IGKV2-29-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGKV2-29→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGKV2-29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
