Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV2-29 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGKV2-29 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGKV2-29 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV2-29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and OV show a favorable association.

UCEC, OV, and BRCA are the cancer types where IGKV2-29 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
