Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKV1D-17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,666 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKV1D-17-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV2-29, IGKV1OR2-6, and IGHV3OR16-6. Each is linked with IGKV1D-17 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV1D-17-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV1D-17 results are reported.
