IGHV4-4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV4-4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,333 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV4-4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IGKC, IGHV1-3, and IGLV1-40. Each is linked with IGHV4-4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV4-4-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV4-4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IGHV4-4 versus IGKC in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV4-4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV4-4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
