IGHV3-65

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-65 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,881 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-65-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alpha-beta T cell differentiation, B cell receptor signaling pathway, and Lymphocyte activation involved in immune response. Each is linked with IGHV3-65 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-65-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-65 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Alpha-beta T cell differentiation grouped by IGHV3-65-low versus IGHV3-65-high in CHOL.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV3-65→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV3-65) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
