Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,625 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-50-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV1OR2-9, IGKV1D-33, and IGHV3OR16-11. Each is linked with IGHV3-50 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-50-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-50 results are reported.
