IGHV3-25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,970 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of hemopoiesis, and CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with IGHV3-25 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-25-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B cell receptor signaling pathway grouped by IGHV3-25-low versus IGHV3-25-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV3-25→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV3-25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
