HYOU1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYOU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,363 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYOU1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CIAPIN1, ERBB3_S982, and PDIA4. Each is linked with HYOU1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYOU1-to-partner and partner-to-HYOU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HYOU1 versus CIAPIN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYOU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYOU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
