HYAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,317 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-34P, RNU6-628P, and YBX1P3. Each is linked with HYAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYAL1-to-partner and partner-to-HYAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-34P grouped by HYAL1-low versus HYAL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
