HTR3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1N2, IL26, and FCRL2. Each is linked with HTR3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR3B-to-partner and partner-to-HTR3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1N2 grouped by HTR3B-low versus HTR3B-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
